Most people feel some anxiety about starting a martial arts program which is why our introductory offer gives you 2 private classes to familiarize yourself with the schools, the instructors and of course to help you feel comfortable with the material you will be learning.
Jiu-Jitsu includes grappling and ground fighting techniques. Some schools will focus only on those aspects, mainly for the purpose of martial arts wrestling competitions. We teach all facets of Jiu-Jitsu, so you will be learning a complete martial art where your mind and body are working in harmony with each other.
Our beginner classes are an excellent way to get into shape. Not only will you learn the essential skills of self-defense, but you will also focus on muscle strengthening and endurance, cardio, and flexibility.
